Rhubarbalicious

Yesterday I collected the first bounty from my garden: rhubarb. We had some family over for dinner and thus I decided to bake, as if I need an excuse. I turned on the oven even though it was well over 80 degrees in the kitchen and made an apple rhubarb crisp. And boy was it good...

Oh...that looks so yummy. I'm going to make a rhubarb tart for dessert this evening!
